Scope of work:
The Services Officer will support the delivery of Integrity’s project portfolio across Integrity’s five services and three delivery geographies: Africa, Asia and MENA. The Services Officer will focus on supporting project management and implementation, business and proposal development, and deliver on Services’ strategy, approaches and methodologies.
Terms of Reference:
A. Project Management (50%)
The Services Officer will provide support in managing and delivering key projects and outputs across Integrity’s Services portfolio. Key project management responsibilities include:
- Assist with Independent Commission for Aid Impact (ICAI) reviews, providing short-term technical inputs, analysis and report writing where required.
- Working with the Corporate and Operations teams, provide support on project implementation processes including logistics, duty of care and security procedures, invoicing, time and resource management
- Management of smaller value contracts under supervision of Project Sponsor.
B. Business & Proposal Development (30%)
The Services Officer will support business and proposal development across services. They will take ownership of project development processes where assigned.
- Working with the Business Development team, providing support on proposal development processes, including proposal design, consultant and account management.
- Support the development of specific project and programme proposals, contributing to technical and financial proposals, in cooperation with the wider Integrity team.
- Working with the Business Development team develop project and programme teams by expanding Integrity’s network of institutional partners and core consultants and take responsibility for managing those relationships.
- Work to support our field programmes in MENA, Africa and Asia by assisting in the development and maintenance of team management, communications management and contributing to key BD dialogues and client management dialogues.
C. Corporate Development (20%)
The Services Officer will support to all services in the development, refinement, delivery and promotion of service line strategies.
- Understand, monitor and disseminate new agendas and trends within the industry, including commissioned pieces of research from management.
- Contribute to development of Services approaches and methodologies based on innovative practices, with the aim of being thought leaders in the industry.
- Contribute to the refinement and enhancement of Integrity’s Services strategy through capturing key objectives and steps for further developing the service line.
Education and Experience:
The candidate will have:
- Master’s degree in a relevant subject such as political science, international relations, sociology, social anthropology, international development, peace and conflict studies or related subject
- 2+ years experience of the development sector (including humanitarian), preferably with an international organisation.
- Experience relevant to at least one of our five service lines: Research & Analysis; Design, Monitoring & Evaluation; Capacity Development; Stakeholder Engagement; Programme Management and Implementation.

Languages:
